*As a result of proposed changes to the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority’s (HISA) rules that were submitted by HISA to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU) has elected to stay all pending Anti-Doping and Medication Control (ADMC) Program cases whose potential periods of Ineligibility would be affected by these rule updates, including due to either the reduction of the applicable periods of Ineligibility or the removal of the automatic application of penalty points for certain violations.
