Team member: Shannon Le

As the testing operations manager, Le oversees track communication to support HIWU testing from start to finish. She coordinates staffing at racetracks and pre-testing site information. She also provides customer support to test barn personnel.

Before joining the HIWU team, Le was the league operations manager and account manager at Generation Esports. While with Generation Esports, Le managed client relations for various sponsors and partners from computer hardware, apparel, and internet service companies. Le was also a part of the High School Esports League, where she directed the operation of several state scholastic esports leagues spanning more than 350 schools and acted as general manager of a national high school and middle school esports league for more than 3,500 schools.

Le graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in parks, recreation, and tourism with an emphasis in sport management and a minor in business.
