Team member: Kyle Kremers

Kremers works alongside HIWU’s general counsel in providing legal advice pertaining to compliance with the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority’s (HISA) Anti-Doping and Medication Control (ADMC) Program. He provides counsel on the creation and execution of legal strategies, corporate governance oversight, general operational matters, and preparation of anti-doping cases and litigation support. Furthermore, Kremers analyzes risks and devises ADMC Program operations and compliance plans.

Previously, Kremers provided corporate counsel and contract administration for an international publishing and entertainment company based in the Kansas City Metro. Before that, he worked as an associate at two regional law firms where his practice focused on business litigation, public education law, and commercial real estate transactions.

Kremers is admitted to the state bars of Kansas and Missouri. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
