Team member: Jennifer German

German leads the development and launch of innovative products that solve HIWU customer problems. She conducts user research, prioritize features, and oversees the product lifecycle. She is also responsible for reviewing current processes and procedures to seek areas for future improvement and how the products can be leveraged as a collaborative service across departments.

In her role at TreviPay, German provided strategic guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of a fully automated system for fraud detection, credit evaluation, and account allocation within the B2B onboarding process, while also creating an all-encompassing risk management platform to aid decision-making for the credit, risk, and compliance teams.
