Team member: Chelsea Scroggins
As the IT support specialist, Scroggins provides direct support for all HIWU staff relating to account and folder access, hardware and software troubleshooting, and user onboarding to ensure all staff have the resources they need to perform their role efficiently.
In her previous roles, Scroggins managed and troubleshot Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 devices, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices, and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 virtual machines using Microsoft Hyper-V. She also provided Tier 2 IT support to non-technical external clients through phone, email, and remote screen-connect services.
Scroggins attended the University of Central Missouri where she studied English education and music education. She also holds a certificate in systems and security administration from Centriq Training.
